Worst service

<p>I ordered various items from @home, paid for them to deliver and assemble. </p> <p> </p> <p>From the get go, the tallboy cabinet was incorrectly assembled an some of the drawer front pieces were loose. Needless to say, it wasn't fastened correctly (conformed by the store attendant who assisted me) and fell off completely. The office chair was put on skew, and there is a massive gap on the one side. </p> <p>It has now been a week and a half and no one has contacted me to arrange for fixing it. Everytime there is an excuse. They need to talk to head office. They are sending the pics to HO etc. Even though all this was done and comfirmed, I need to still wait 3 weeks for someone to come and fix it???????</p> <p>In the mean time, I cant use either of these items? And this after spending almost R30k at the shop? Rediculous! Worst service ever!</p>
