Worst retail service ever!

The worst customer experience I have ever received and not just from 1 person but everyone who supposedly was helping. I "bought" a base and mattress set on the 19th of June and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. No one provides me with any details of a delivery date and no one is actually trying to make the clients happy. But they expect me to pay the monthly instalments for goods never received.
