Worst online shopping experience

I had the worst online shopping experience. An item from order was missing upon arrival of my package. I've emailed at home to assist me in correcting the order and they are just ignoring me. I will not order online again or even buy from the shops as I am so disappointed in at home. Online shopping is suppose to save you frustration and time, now the opposite is taking place. just so disappointed
