Worst customer service

The warehouse in midrand has the worst service, they gave me a wrong bed which was someone’s return and they tell me there is nothing they can do with it and if l want any returns l must hire a car and bring it back to their warehouse for them to exchange. It’s been two days now that l sleeping in a couch because they will not exchange my bed. To top it up their head office doesn’t have any contact details when you log a complaint they remove it and tell you it’s closed. The worst customer service ever
