Worst customer service @Home living spaces

I've had the worst customer experience from @Home living spaces. I placed an order on 19 November 2019 which i didn't receive. I've called the store and customer service numerous times and never got assistance. I ended up going to the store to cancel the orders on the 03rd December and requested my refund. I was assured will get my refund in 24hrs. I haven't received my refund either. Can @Home give me my money back so i can buy from a company who actually values and respect customers.
