Where is my plasma unit?

On 11 July 2020, I bought a lounge suite and a plasma unit from @Home in Somerset West. With the understanding that the lounge suite and plasma unit be delivered on 20 July when I move into my new house. The lounge suite was delivered and it is beautiful, thank you. However, I have been phoning and phoning and even went into the shop to find out about the plasma unit that I bought. Cadence keeps on promising that she will phone me back with an update. It is almost 4 pm again - and still no feedback, no phone call from this lady. I would appreciate some honesty. If it can be delivered for any reason whatsoever, just be honest? I can work with that - but to keep on ducking and diving me, just angers me.
