Whats the point for the sale if you can't even pay due to the websites failure?(Updated Review)

Below was written on 11 March 2023 I am extremely upset about what happened. So the online shopping experience should be like this: Click on the item, checkout and pay, simple. I was trying to buy a knife which says online deal +30% off. My experience was so bad and I don't know what is wrong with the website, it took me ages to put the item in the bag and when I'm successful, I tried paying, PAYU messes up, so at the end I couldn't make the payment due to I don't know what the hell happened and now the order is cancelled. I don't know whats the point of putting items on sale if you can't even pay and then eventually the order get cancelled and now, the price went back to it original price, so good luck then, I am extremely upset about this situation.
