What a disgusting Customer experience from @HomeLiving Centurion and the TFG Customer Service.

What a horrible service from @HomeLiving Centurion and the TFG Customer Service.

On the third of March 2024 I bought a bed at @homeliving in Centurion mall.

I reported at the store The bed is falling apart the wood used is so weak and the bed is making noise when sitting on it. The wood on the side is bending. I want the bed to be replaced, I cannot spend R14000 on the base for it to crumble within the first month of usage/purchase. I need a bed that is off quality.

I went to the store, and I spoke with an undermining arrogant lady I think her name was Natasha, that was Friday the 10th of May. I don’t want to deal with that woman ever!!!!

I called the Customer Care on Monday, and I was instructed to send an e-mail and I did and received a ref No. On Tuesday I made a Follow-up on the matter spoke to the first urgent and she dropped the phone and called again, and I spoke to a guy named Jaydee (not sure of the correct spelling of his name). He informed me that my complaint was resolved without any resolution given. He proceeded to relog the complaint and promised to escalate the matter to the area Manager in Centurion as well. I received no call from the area manager.

I called again the next day and I spoke to Michelle who informed me that the matter was reported to the area manager, to my surprise this morning the 17th of May 2024 I receive a call from a sales assistance on the floor Ofentse, not the area manager. How am I called by the junior stuff when this is an escalated matter complaining about their store manager. This explains why Natasha is behaving the way she is, and undermining customers cause the area manager himself does not care of the behaviour the store manager is portraying and the customer experience.

I call the customer care again and spoke to an agent named Ongi who dropped the call on my ear and didn't even bother to call back!

This by far has been the worst customer service experience starting from the store manager to the Customer Care Call Centre. How is this acceptable.
