Warranty

I bought a couch online last year March. Before ordering the couch online I went into the Table Bay Mall beach to see. I had told the lady I would order online and no one told me about a warranty it was my first big purchase, upon collecting my couch which was so expensive no one told me partner about the Warranty as well we only though these things come with electrical appliances. My couch is worn after after a year and has a random hole and your ladies are refusing to award me my warranty which I only discovered on Monday.
