VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STORE STAFF
I just called your Tygervalley Branch to find out about a product. After having to wait for someone to answer the phone I finally got through. The person came to the phone and apparently could not hear me. I was waiting on line because she said \just hold on"which I did and then she put the phone down in my face. Is this the kind of service @home is giving customers now? I am still trying to get through but guess what? The phone is engaged"
