Very poor online and delivery service

I have been waiting for my order for 3 months now I ordered before lock down and paid before lockdown !! No one is getting back to me about the delivery date and i need the chairs urgently!! Ive phoned many times sent emails spoken to many different people tarryn jodi hamici and Donita and 2 other people on the phone ! This is unacceptable i have to hold for hours on the phoning using all my airtime still have not revEived a delivery date ! How much longer must i wait ????
