Very disappointed

I brought online when I got my parcel from. One of the Bash stores the packaging was torn and it was broken than I called to request for a return. I have been waiting for the courier company to come collect the return. I called again to request for a collection till this day my parcel hasn't been collected, The courier Company send me messages that they coming to collect till this day when I called they said I must call again the bash company to request other pick up I had even my way bill number , but they couldn't help me. I called again to request other pick up till this day I haven't gotten any message.
