UNSESTIFIED CLIENT

Good day

I went to Pep @ Home at Denlyn Mamelodi to buy chargers. One was supposed to be for my Android and one for my power bank. I specifically asked asked if i im buying the correct charges for my gargets and they said. The othet one for my Samsung i don't remember how many times i bought it. They last for last a month.

I was told i need to keep my receipts and it was month end of June.. Had so many things to buy and unfortunately, i cannot my Pep home receipt.

Long story cut short. I purchased with my debit card i believe it was on the 26th. I got home and the charger i specially asked for.. for my power bank doesn't fit. It is not for a pwer bank. I think i paid a bit under R100 and the one i bought for my Samsung is also now giving me problems.

Guys I've been buying a whole lot of things from your store. I dont know how many glass wines i bought from you.... They just brake by literally puting the glas down after having one sip! I know they are cheap but... come on!!

I don't care about the wine glasses.. What do i do with a cable that is literally useless to me? It's still on the box. I can't even give it to anyone. I work very hard for my money. I cant just throw away just like that, I'd rather give it to a beggar on the streets... All i wanted was a power bank charger.. if i have to add more money to get one.. I will please!
