Unresolved Reversal

The customer service received at the Greenstone @home was tad disappointing. I made a purchase and when we were about to conclude the transaction load shedding hit. The transaction went through on my side and even showed the store manager the notification. After waiting for close to 45 minutes, I was told I’ll have to wait for their bank to do the reversal as they can’t see the transaction on their system. 4 days later, I have to constantly follow up with the store for them to expedite the matter.
