Unjustified increase

I purchased a few things for my home however i was very disappointed in how the prices just went up by R200 with no methodology at all. 1 towel was marked R499 and the other R699 same towel same size same colour identical. The cashier then rang up the same towel at different prices I then asked how can you charge me R200 more for the same towel the response was that’s the old price this is the new price, due to fuel and inflation. 40% increase how does this even make sense. What a total *******.
