Unhappy customer

To say I am disappointed with @Home is an understatement. Firstly I purchased a chest of drawers and pedestals through Bash Online. They delivered after two weeks, fine. When the items arrived all drawers could not close on the chest of drawers and I was not happy with the length of pedestals. I returned the items and refunded me, fine. I ordered again, different chest of drawers and pedestals ( don’t ask, I already have regrets) They called me on the 11tg to say the chest of drawers failed quality test and asked if I would like the pedestals to be delivered in the meantime of which I said yes. Till today no delivery has been made. They cancelled the chest of drawers order and refunded me, the pedestals were not delivered but they updated their App as “Delivered” even though I did not receive them. I tried communicating with them with no luck, instead they have been making endless promises that are definitely not helping. Now I have no idea where to go inorder for the matter to be resolved. This is frustrating!
