UNFREINDLY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to the store accompanying my friend to make a new ****** card, we went to the store and came across a lady called Sophie(dark African lady). My friend explained to her what he asking assistance in regards(to make a new replacement card) and Sophie said its late(13:45) and customer service it's not working on holiday(Friday) in a very stinking attitude. Oops I got scared of opening account or buying from this store and on the tills there happen to be three ladie 2 africanand one white lady. I told my friend to leave me to handle the matter and I asked the white who was assisting another white and boom she responded positively and asked us nicely to give her some few seconds, while waiting the third African lady asked if she can assist but since she looked very friendly with Sophoe I denied and told I will wait for the white lady. The white directed us to another African lady whom assisted us very nice though with her kindness indicated that she will take a try to constant customer service but the those two ladies Sophie and a colleague discouraged her and she insisted and boom the new card was created and confirmed right away. I fear that how many customer you loose of this
