We bought a sound system sound at @ home in sandton paid up and we were told that it will be available after a week. After a week there was no feedback,and I called the shop, spoke to a useless manager who said the system was not available, but the sales man Phillip said it was available. The sales man eventually gave me the sound system and assured me that it was brand new not from the floor. I opened it infront of him because I had suspicions that it was from the floor. It had finger prints, missing cables and dust. I requested for my refund same time.
