Unauthorised subscription, request for a voice recording prroof

I recently discovered that a subscription was activated under my details, yet I have no recollection of subscribing to any of their products or services. I did not give any form of consent—written, verbal, digital—for this subscription to be processed.

I would like @home to urgently provide a voice recording or any valid proof where I explicitly agreed to this subscription. Without such evidence, I consider this matter to be a clear case of unauthorized activity, and I request that the subscription be canceled immediately and any charges refunded.
