Unacceptable Service

Hi placed two orders last week #B***-01 and #B***-01 and was assured by three people that my order has been successfully placed. I insisted on them double checking with the distribution hub if they received the orders, when I followed up today, I am told that there is no stock available. This is very disappointing and frankly unprofessional.
