un-ethical business practise.

<p>I bought a bed frame for my daughter at @home Grove branch order no with Enock Madi.</p> <p>Value of bed frame R2499.00 due to the unavailability of their own delivery transport they can only deliver from their warehouse in Midrand for a additional cost of R500.00</p> <p>This is a ******* to the customer i bought the frame from them at Grove staying in Silverlakes not even 5km away from their shop!</p> <p>Why should i pay transport cost from midrand?</p> <p>I also purchased a dubbel bed mattress from dail a bed also in grove Pretoria-east, they deliver directly from their factory......costs R150.00</p> <p>I complained with the manager @Home Grove, Pretoria for high delivery costs....response was i know it is high we can do nothing you must phone our head office.</p> <p>It is a disgrace.</p>
