Treated like a ********

This is the worst service I've had in my whole entire life. My card was blocked for goodness knows what reason. Forensics was called and I was told that I didn't sign a so called agreement. I signed all the agreements when my account was opened.

Furthermore my ID was checked to make sure it wasn't ****... This was done in front of all the other customers and I felt like a ********. Answering 100s of questions and when I asked the cashier if she really was checking if my ID was **** she said yes that is procedure.

I left my purchase there and I will close this account and inform the ombudsman of what happened to me in this store. I am devestated and humiliated.
