THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE @HOME LIVING SPACE

Never buy furniture @HOME in Port Elizabeth! It has been over a week since they delivered a couch with 3 legs. I am sitting with a couch that I cannot use for over a week now in counting. They keep shifting me from pillar to post instead of giving me the 4th leg. How am I supposed to use this??? Is it my fault that they provided 3 legs instead of 1?? I paid for this couch CASH. I'M NOT OWING A DIME FOR IT. Consumer Council should shut these suckers down. THIS IS ABSURD!!!

THEY CANNOT EVEN COMMIT TO THE DATE THEY WILL DELIVER THIS LEG. NOW I AM SITTING WITH A PRODUCT I CANNOT USE. IT IS NOW ******* IN MY LIVING ROOM. THEY CANNOT EVEN DELIVER A COMPLETE PRODUCT TO A CUSTOMER WHO PAID UPFRONT!!
