TFG *******ly blocking voucher and keeping my funds

TFG blocked my account after I purchased a voucher. I logged 5 calls to try and open my account without success. Later decided to close account. The voucher I purchased they refuse to refund or activate voucher card and thus keeping my money *******ly Next step is small claims court to obtain my funds
