TFG Group Online offer pathetic delivery options

Terrible experience and service! I have seen two furniture items on the online store which total to over R5000 but yet there is still a R580 delivery fee. When calling 'The Living Space' stores to see if the item is in stock in store, I am told that the only options are to either place the order online and have it delivered at the delivery fee mentioned, or place the order online or in store and collect myself from the DC in Parow. I do not understand why I cannot place the order and the items are delivered to the store for my collection at no cost. Such a bad experience that I will not be purchasing these items or anything more from the TFG group going forward. This needs to be looked at in this day and with the current pandemic, especially with virtually ALL other retailers offering free delivery for orders above a certain amount. NOT HAPPY!
