TFG group, a waste of money!

I purchased a gift card a while back and have been having problems swiping it. The last time was earlier this year at Due South, the card read invalid so I tried again 2 weeks back. Declined. I had R470-R500 to use, so I emailed TFG Customer Service. The reply was, unfortunately the card expired 3 weeks ago. I rep**** to the lady explaining that I have tried using the card previously but there seems to be an error. She ignored my email. So I basically was given a faulty card which I could not use, now it's expired and I have lost all the money that was on the card. Customer care refused to acknowledge that I could not use my card previously. Don't ever buy from the TFG group, bad service, faulty cards, and a waste of Money!
