TFG/ @home absolute nightmare on Black friday deals!

I am shocked at how TFG online has dealt with their sales and out of stock for the 2019 black friday.

I placed an order on 27 November to buy their vergara modular couches. All the stores i visited had stock of the couches and was encouraged to place the order on line as most stock will come from their DC.

my order was finalized and processed on successfully, only for me to receive an email saying that the order was cancelled a few days later. they did not provide a valid reason, and further to this i still have not received my refund.

It frustrates me to further investigate that the order was cancelled on black friday, but after several visits to different stores the managers informed me that they sold their last units on the saturday/ sunday after my order was cancelled.

This tells me that the customers who bought after me were given the sale in store and 100's of customers who bought on line were just shoved off.

I have no asked for my refund and its lost in Limbo somewhere between TFG and the banks pending transfer.
