TERRIBLE SERVICE - DID NOT GET MY PRODUCT I PURCHASED

I purchased a eGift Card online on the 28th November - Expected ship date was same day via email. a week later I have had to phone and fight with the over 20 times. No one calls you back when they promise to do so, no one cares really.
