Terrible experience buying a couch from @home

Very disappointing experience with such a luxury brand. Waited a whole month for my couch to get delivered, no answer at the customer service Centre of their DC, and no sense urgency from the sales team at the fourways mall branch. After waiting 1 month for delivery, I received the incorrect couch and now nobody is getting back to me about how it will be resolved.
