Terrible customer service @home - Bash

In February 2023 I placed an order for a bed at using @Home online. After waiting for 4 weeks I followed up on the order and I wash told by the Bash support team that the order was lost on its way to me and that I will be issued a refund. Days have passed and I still have not received my refund and I keep getting a run around everytime I call. I am beyond dissatisfied with the poor service
