Terrible customer service

We have been struggling to resolve a delivery for AGES!

The delivery was first labelled as delivered and we received nothing. After numerous complaints via Twitter, Facebook, email and your customer call center (which never answers), we received a call with reference number RM238803 stating that the delivery had been high-jacked and we would receive a full refund with compensation. This was never followed up!!!!

Today, we received a package with 7 mugs (we ordered 8) of which 2 were broken.

Can you PLEASE URGENTLY resolve our query? I am fed up with the level of customer service and I demand a full refund.

This is ridiculous!
