Terrible customer care and no refund or resolution of online purchase cancelled while money was taken.

I recently ordered from @home online on friday the 23rd of july as there was currently a promotion to get R 2000 off the couches on the site , as well as purchasing of a cologne gift set. I used 3 gift cards and a credit card payment to cover the cost. I then received an automated email saying that I had an outstanding amount of R29 to pay on the order. I clicked the link provided to settle it only to receive an error 'contact customer service' message which I did . I was then informed by the lady assisting me that everything was fine and I should go on and ignore the email as my stuff was already reserved , which I did. However on Sunday morning up until today i have been receiving multiple emails to say my order was cancelled. i called customer service again only to be informed that is was indeed cancelled and the reason was not the R29 issue as the emails stated which had actually been paid but one of the e-vouchers not being processed which i don't understand as they were from one of your stores (Foschini vryheid). I was then informed that the issue would be escalated and I would be called back during the course of the day (Monday 26 july) which did not happen . I called again and was told I would be emailed a way to rectify the situation and not have to lose out on the sale which prompted me to purchase the couch initially , and that did not happen as well. I had to call again on Tuesday 27th of July to again express my grievance and ask for assistance only to be advised now to email the company. Not once has anyone reached out to me about rectifying the situation let alone any form of refund as my money was taken but my order has been cancelled I am deeply disappointed and frustrated at the terrible customer service I have received and how I have to constantly call to get zero assistance and 'false resolutions' from the online team. Kindly attend to this matter and resolve it all while letting me know the way forward .
