Struggling to close account

Good day I’ve been enquiring to get my account closed since April each month I’m told a different story and given another date on when the account will be closed, I must wait 3 months to get the account closed yet you get called 15 times to make payment. I am not waiting another month to close this account. Kindly close the account there is no outstanding balance Because the balance is paid up why can’t I close the account
