Store refund not reflecting after almost a month

Always use to love @Home. Recently very dissapointed. On the 9th of March 2023 an instore refund was done at the @HOME Parkview Pretoria branch, onto my credit card of almost R6500 in total. This refund is still not reflecting in my bank account. I contacted the Branch on the 25 of March 2023 when I realised the refund is still not reflecting in my bank account. I provided the branch manager with all the information requested for them to sort this out and investigate, but still no joy. I have contacted my bank, and they say that no pending refunds are showing against my bank account and that @Home most probably did the refund incorrectly. All I ask for is service and feedback, and ultimately my money back.
