staff members do not know how to do their job!

do staff members know how to do their job at all??? My purse got ******.. and because of the hassle of blocking a card took so long. During this time @home staff members allow two guys to buy things to the value of 1500rand on my account. Do they not see my details on system??? Surely it should say Miss or Mister? Do they not check this??? Surely it is their job to check such details especially if it appears on the screen infront of them!!! Totally disgusted and upset of the lack of competence that the store has and the mere fact that they could allow this to happen.
