Ordered furniture from Kramerville store, they realised a week later that they didn’t have stock after I had paid, they substituted the item for something cheaper and after almost a year now they still have not refunded me the difference. Went into the store, called, emailed, send all documents needed for refund but they have done nothing. No responses, they “don’t know how to refund” when I go into the store.
