Spam Subscription Calls from @Home Advertising

I keep getting nuisance phone calls to subscribe to @Home products, I've explained that I don't need these subscriptions however they keep calling. At one point I discovered a deduction that was made without my consent. I had to make a call to cancel the subscription and get a refund
