Received a Breville BES870 as a wedding gift in February 2017 and less than 9 months later the machine develops a common fault that many purchasers are complaining about.

No receipt since it was a gift and purchasers live in the UK. These models are sold exclusively through @Home in South Africa, however they refuse to do anything to sort the situation out.

So they gladly sell a rather expensive machine but want nothing to do with sorting out after sales issues.

Looks like thats R10,000 down the drain then, last time we will shop at a TFG branded store again.
