So angry

To say iam angry and disguisted by the way at home is handling my case I wrote to you on Instagram and you **** and promised that my query is escalated it been a week nothing from at home i ordered these Christmas @home lights via bash app i received them when i opened them at home as yhey failed to do tht at the shop i found this iam so angry i wasted my petrol to colled this is this how at home treat their customers this was not protected only labeled as fragil and clearly those handling it did not care Iam so angry 😠 My order number is B***7
