Shocking service ! *********** store manager

16th of March I visit the store at Forest Hill , knowing what I want I ask for advice and explain to the staff I saw the desk at the Sandton branch. The staff lady didn't even know how to look properly in their catalogue.<br> <br> I had to go to Sandton to get the exact name of the desk. Since Forest Hill is very close to my house I thought it would make more sense to buy from that branch, so go back there on 22nd of March to place my order.<br> <br> Sabelo assisted me, and I told him I need the desk very urgently. I wanted it assembled and I will collect from the warehouse in Midrand. He says I can only get it latest Thursday the 31st. I did not like that wait time but agreed. <br> <br> Since the time I placed the order until the 31st no one even cared to call me to provide feedback. I had to phone and remind them about my order and I will go collect. <br> <br> I went the next day and got there collecting a desk not assembled. <br> <br> I don't have enough characters left to continue this complaint, but all I can say is this branch are absolutely useless and wouldn't know customer service even if it smacked them in the face. The manager of the store is mainly to blame.
