Shocking service from online store Bash

@Home online store Bash.com shocking service. Ordered and paid for an item on a Friday, received confirmation email that order is being processed. By the following Tuesday no confirmation that the item had been dispatched (as they promised they would) so wrote to query only to be told the order had been cancelled due to "item being sold out faster than the system or not meeting quality standards". Item is still being advertised on their web site on Tuesday and available to purchase! If I had not queried delivery how long before they would have told me. Cannot believe that an organization the size of TFG cannot get their systems right. Refund will take 5-7 business days they say which is also a disgrace - two days max. Will not buy from Bash.com again.
