Shocking service

<p>We bought couches last year November ... we have been struggling for 8 months now to get someone to view the couches and sort it out</p> <p>a month ago a agent eventually came out and reported it is a manufacturing fault</p> <p>then someone called to say they want to repair it. We told him it is not accpetable as we have been battling from the word go with this couches - he then said he will get back to us</p> <p>WHY I did not pay for a repaired item - nor did I get any discount .... I want you to sort this matter out as NOBODY is getting back to us as to what they are planning on doing</p> <p>Else fetch your couches and just refund my full amount!</p>
