Shocking logistics

So I ordered an electric appliance from their online store. I am an older person with no car so getting to a retail store is a challenge. The appliance is intended as a Christmas gift. It gets delivered, no outer packaging, in its original packaging. The *****s in their distribution have taped it up with their corporate tag tape and pasted shipping labels and courier labels all over the carton. I am embarrassed to give it to my daughter in its current state so I emailed their customer service and added photos. I requested an exchange to be sent me but in an outer carton this time. No response! Quick to take your money, but no after sales service!
