SERVICE SUCKS!!!

I am absolutely appalled by the service or rather lack thereof - @ HOME, Gateway branch.<br> <br> I happened to be in store during December last year (2014)<br> Chose a mirror that I loved and proceeded to purchase, only to find that it was slightly damaged.<br> They assured me that they would place an order for me, to be delivered from JHB to DBN.<br> <br> 2 weeks later I get a call to say that the mirror arrived, however it was damaged and they would have to place an order for me yet again.<br> <br> That's the last time I heard from any of the staff from @ HOME.<br> <br> I have since made numerous calls, each time I have to narrate the whole long story, then be put on hold for several minutes, only to have my contact number taken down yet again and be told that they will definitely get back to me.<br> <br> I've made close on to 6 calls, every time i'm promised that they will call me back, but yet again I have to resort to calling them back.<br> <br> This has nothing to do with the mirror anymore, i'm so over it right now... but bad service is something that grates my liver!!!<br> <br> Planning to have a makeover of my kitchen, and was so keen to do most, if not all purchases from @ HOME.
