Selling products that can’t work
Hi I am so upset, I bought a mirror from you guys and paid for delivery and assembly. They only delivered and said they don’t assemble or hang. We are trying to hang a mirror that is over 40kg in weight, you have not given instructions, the area to hang is so small that I cannot place it on the hooks on the wall. It is impossible to hang this extra large mirror. This is exceptionally bad customer service coz now I can’t use a mirror that I paid over R6000 for. It is just lying on the floor coz it cannot go on the wall.
