Sale but no stock

I enquired about the enamel mugs you have on sale on your website as I wanted to purchase 12 of them SKU ID: ***2. I was told that no one has stock except for Irene branch. (and they only had ONE mug) according to Donita. I called them and was told they have no sale stock as IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET?????? I then asked my husband to go check at Rosebank for me and they told him the same story. I asked Donita when stock would arrive and understandably she said she cannot tell me but also that the price on the internet cannot be guaranteed. So now my questions are, Where are the mugs you supposedly have on sale and WHY is it so difficult to get 12 for me??? Surely if no one has stock TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE!!!! This is absolutely absurd and unheard of!
