Rusty Robert Welch Cutlery purchased from @Home

The response by @Home re the defective Robert Welch Cutlery set (see review dated 11 March 10:27, was that I should have washed the cutlery/knives by hand and not use the dishwasher as that may have caused the rust spots on the knife. However the cutlery box as displayed in sore clearly states in BIG LETTERS: LIFETIME GUARANTEE and DISHWASHER SAFE.
