Rude AGENT! Closing Account after HARRASSMENT CALL FOR R40.00
I would like to close off this account after being harrassed by one of your call agents to pay R40. yes R40 warranted me a call and a rude agent telling me that even though i paid R300 in advance, unfortunately that doesn't count. I received a FINAL WARNING to pay R40 in the morning at 10.19 am. and 2 hours later a call from your agent telling me they will be charging me R20.00 for a harrassment call of R40, which by the way is PAID!
I am closing off this account.
