Ridiculous delivery policy

The worst delivery policy I know! The delivery fee is ridiculous and staff members are poor when it comes to assisting with the matter. Disappointing especially from a store of such high end furniture. This will make me look elsewhere instead. This policy seriously needs to be reviewed!
