Refusing to sell me what is on the floor

I am writing this with so much disappointment. I visited @home at centurion mall on Friday 23/10/2020 and wanted to buy the Gallery Bed, Dark grey which is on the floor. The manager(Crosby) mentioned that he would call me back but till date he has not gotten back to me. It was apparently the last one and they were going to get a bed to replace the one on the floor.

The manager did not bother to call me back or let me know what is happening. I wonder if this is how @home treats customers.
